MARY ANN LARKIN
It is with great enthusiasm that we introduce Mary Ann Larkin as the deserving 2025 Cindi Van Brunt Humanitarian Recipient.
Mary Ann Larkin has been an integral part of Stillwell-Hansen, one of New Jersey’s leading manufacturer rep companies, for more than 30 years. Mary Ann has been crucial in the planning of company events, as well as raising the company’s community profile thru philanthropic efforts, supporting the many goals and missions of company President Carol Stillwell, who is also Mary Ann’s fraternal twin sister.
Although coming from humble beginnings, Mary Ann and Carol were raised by wonderful parents, Marie and Richard Radonisky, who instilled in them a desire to serve and give back to others. They have continued to honor the memory of their parents by doing so in both their professional and personal lives.
Mary Ann’s philanthropic efforts began many years ago with the Riverview Medical Foundation’s “Ride for Riverview” campaign. This initiative was a resounding success, helping raise more than $750,000 for the Jane H and John Marshall Booker Cancer Center at Riverview over the period of several years. This was followed by an introduction to the Valerie Fund, a charity to assist children and their families afflicted by cancer. Mary Ann was so moved by the stories of the struggles these children had to endure that it has become a lifelong commitment to assist this wonderful foundation.
After her own serious battle with stage IV cancer, Mary Ann continues to be very active with her support of various cancer-related foundations. She has proudly served and supported the efforts of wonderful groups such as: The Sweetheart Ball, Ashley Lauren Foundation, Beauty Ball, Valerie Children’s Center at Monmouth Medical Center, and The White Ball – all dedicated to serving those affected by a cancer diagnosis.
In addition to serving those charities dedicated to the fight against cancer, Mary Ann is also a volunteer, committee member, and/or supporter of many area non-profits. Among those closest to her heart are ARC, Anabel Foundation, CASA, Count Basie, HMH Bayshore Medical Center Foundation, Lions Club of Colts Neck, Mercy Center, Friends of Rabin Medical Center, SPCA of Monmouth County, and the United Way of Monmouth and Ocean.
Mary Ann has previously been honored by the Beauty Ball; the Ashley Lauren Foundation; and the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore. She is profoundly humbled to be honored by CASA with the 2025 Cindi Van Brunt Humanitarian Award, which is named in memory of her dear friend.
When not serving the community, Mary Ann enjoys spending time at her home, on the grounds of Stillwell-Stables, Colts Neck. Mary Ann can also often be found attending shows at her home away from home, the Count Basie Theatre, Red Bank, and relishes spending her summer weekends at Monmouth Park Racetrack. Most importantly, Mary Ann is passionate about her commitment to her sister, Carol, her nephew and his wife, Scott and Megan Belford, and her many wonderful friends.
Thank you Mary Ann!
